As a Muslim man, according to Islam, can I marry a woman who is not Muslim?

There is nothing that prevents you from marrying non-Muslim woman. There is one condition, though: She must not be an atheist. Islam does not prohibits men from marrying non-Muslim women.
One thing you have to keep in mind, if you want to marry non-Muslim woman, it is your responsibility to raise child(ren) to be Muslims. You have to make this very clear to the woman you intend to marry. If she objects and would like to raise kids differently, then you cannot marry her. This is the ONLY ONE thing she has to accept. She does NOT need to convert to Islam.
On contrary, she can keep practicing her religion in your house, you have to let her go to her place of worship, even help her with that if you can.
But you have to explain to her, that your religion makes it mandatory for you to raise children to be Muslims. All of them (you cannot make an arrangement to raise one child as a Muslim and the other Christian, Jewish, etc). Her answer to your explanation will tell you if you are allowed to marry her. I really hope and ask Almighty s.w.t that she accept it, and then, eventually she becomes a Muslim too (but lets remember, she doesn’t have to).
May Allah s.w.t make the woman you love accept this and that two of you have a very happy marriage. Ameen.
